EAR•WAX

Image shows the words Ear Wax in a collage style, as though each letter was cut from a different source. In between, in place of the dot in Ear Wax Magazine's title, is a black bat with spread wings.

Speaking of Jeff, watch for his new project this summer, EAR•WAX Magazine. In his words:

One podcast feed. Four podcasts and a bi-weekly newsletter, providing your ears with the latest listens in quality music and indie audio fiction.

Throughout the month, tune into the EAR•WAX feed to hear about all things indie sound from both familiar voices and new friends. You’ll get new music, audiodrama, some thoughtful discussion on art and music, and then more thoughtful discussion on Steely Dan from Jeff and Oliver Morris.

EAR•WAX Magazine showcases new indie music, poetry, fiction, audio strangeness and more, including:

Drama Club - Four indie audio drama creators discuss the ups and downs of creating art in an increasingly challenging world. Tune in to hear about both their own work and what shows they’re currently listening to.

Infinite Mixtape - Each month Jeff and his guest create a playlist based on a particular theme, then share these playlists with each other and the listeners in this music discovery podcast.

Any Major Dude - A Steely Dan veteran (Oliver Morris) takes a Steely Dan newcomer (Jeff) under his wing as the two of them make their way chronologically through the band’s discography.

EAR•WAX Magazine begins in Summer 2026, so subscribe at the website now to get in on the ground floor of all things ears!

North County Paranormal Unit

Image shows a slightly faded photo of a person in a ghost costume sitting on a playground swing. They have a flowered bed sheet over them and wear a pair of sunglasses. Their legs are visible, wearing black pants and black shoes. There is sand and scrubby grass underneath the swingset and trees behind it. Text on top reads North County Paranormal Unit.

ThirdSight’s newest fiction podcast has arrived, with Episode One now available on the usual podcatchers! Created by ThirdSight contributor Amanda McCormack, North County Paranormal Unit is the audiobook version of McCormack’s ongoing paranormal workplace story!

The only thing standing between Central Massachusetts and the forces of darkness is this group of underfunded, over-caffeinated investigators. How screwed are we, really?

When Gabriella, a recent college graduate, gets an invitation to join her cousin at the local branch of the Foundation for Paranormal Studies, she’s skeptical. Hunting ghosts and monsters isn’t what she had in mind after school. But she needs a job and this one is available, so she takes it.

But then her first case goes horribly wrong. Injured and confused in the aftermath, Gabriella is forced to choose sides within the team. All her life, Gabriella's been told to be nice and trust her higher-ups, that by not making waves she’ll be kept safe. But is that the right decision in a situation where it's her against her team? And what's the price if she chooses incorrectly?

North County Paranormal Unit is narrated by Leslie Gideon (Greater Boston, The Van) and audio engineered by Brad Colbroock (Shelterwood, Levian) and is a co-production of Enfield Arts and ThirdSight Media, LLC. For more information on the series, visit the Enfield Arts website!

Forgive Me/Two Thousand Late at Tribeca

Image shows a neatly drawn town, with blocky houses and businesses on a green field. A church is set in the background against the blue sky. In front of the town is a dumpster on fire, with the logo for Two Thousand and Late next to the logo for Forgive Me! There is a road in front with text on it that reads A Crossover Event. Text on top reads KGB Bar NYC and June 12, 7pm

ThirdSight contributor Bob Raymonda and audio fiction legend Lauren Shippen are joining forces for a live script read of Forgive Havoc: A TWO THOUSAND AND LATE x Forgive Me! Crossover at KGB Bar in New York City on Friday, June 12 as part of a Creator’s Showcase Event during the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival. So if you’ll be in the New York area, get tickets to enjoy a crossover between two shows that might have a little more in common than they appear to on the surface, then stick around for a Q&A with the creators afterward!

Delivery After Dark

If you’re a fan of The Amelia Project and will be attending their live shows at Theatreship in London on August 5th and 6th, stick around after the show for a screening on the team’s upcoming feature-length film, Delivery After Dark, sound designed by Alexander Danner, who will be in London for the show! While tickets are not yet available, keep an eye on The Live Events page of The Amelia Project’s website for the official announcement and sales information!
